Modern Slavery Statement
This Modern Slavery Statement sets out our zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, debt bondage, and exploitative child labor. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in every part of our operations. Our modern slavery statement reflects a clear responsibility to protect human rights across our business and supply chains. We expect the same commitment from everyone who works with us.
We recognize that modern slavery can occur in many forms and can be hidden within complex labor arrangements, subcontracting networks, and international sourcing models. For that reason, our slavery and human trafficking statement is built around prevention, detection, and response. We maintain controls designed to identify risks early and to ensure that concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Our governance framework places responsibility for anti-slavery compliance at senior level. Leaders review risks, monitor corrective actions, and promote a culture in which workers are treated with dignity and respect. Training is provided to relevant teams so they can recognize warning signs, understand reporting responsibilities, and act decisively when issues arise.
Supplier due diligence is central to our modern slavery compliance program. Before engaging with suppliers, we assess their labor practices, working conditions, recruitment methods, and ownership structures. Higher-risk suppliers may be required to complete additional questionnaires, provide supporting documentation, or participate in more frequent reviews. Where concerns are identified, we require corrective action plans and monitor progress closely.
We also conduct supplier audits based on risk. These audits may be announced or unannounced depending on the circumstances and may include interviews with workers, document checks, site inspections, and verification of recruitment practices. Audit findings are recorded, escalated where necessary, and used to strengthen our understanding of supply chain vulnerabilities. Persistent non-compliance can result in remediation requirements, suspension, or termination of the relationship.
Our commitment extends beyond direct suppliers to the wider network of labor providers and subcontractors. We expect suppliers to maintain the same modern slavery standards that we apply internally. Contractual expectations require suppliers to prohibit forced labor, retain accurate records, and cooperate fully with audits, investigations, and improvement plans.
To support early intervention, we provide multiple reporting channels for raising concerns about suspected exploitation, unethical recruitment, or unsafe working conditions. Reports may be made confidentially and will be handled seriously, consistently, and without retaliation. We encourage workers, managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to speak up whenever they believe that a modern slavery risk may be present.
All allegations are reviewed by trained personnel and, where needed, investigated further. We seek to protect the well-being of potentially affected individuals while preserving evidence and maintaining fairness in the process. If a case is substantiated, our response may include immediate safeguarding measures, engagement with external specialists, remediation for affected workers, and decisive action against responsible parties.
We understand that preventing modern slavery requires continuous vigilance. Therefore, our slavery statement is not a static policy but a living commitment that shapes procurement, onboarding, performance review, and supplier management. We work to strengthen awareness throughout the organization and to embed ethical decision-making in day-to-day practice.
We will review this statement annually to assess its effectiveness, reflect changes in legislation and industry practice, and identify emerging risks. The annual review helps us measure progress, update controls, and refine training and audit processes. As part of that cycle, we evaluate incidents, supplier performance, and the impact of remediation efforts.
Our annual assessment also informs future priorities, including enhanced due diligence for higher-risk categories, improved monitoring tools, and deeper collaboration with suppliers to drive better labor standards. By continually reviewing our approach, we aim to ensure that our modern slavery statement remains relevant, robust, and effective in protecting workers and supporting responsible business conduct.
